Default Bilstein Shocks

Ok so I have read that with the monoleafs the B8 sport shocks are the choice. Does that in turn mean that for the steel leaf springs that the HD shocks would be the choice? Have the HD shocks front and rear. I have the gymkhana 550 springs in front and a shorter mainspring 7 leaf in the rear to compliment offset trailing arms from Toms.

Early on kyb gas a just were my shocks with 550 front end a rear steel stiffer than your 7 leaf

Then I tried bilstien. Then I decided that I wanted adjustable so I went to koni. Koni was time consuming to change adjustment.
So I bought rear QA1S dual adjustable . Even the single adjustable is far superior to bilstien

i pretty much have your set up and did go with the HD all around..
not too harsh at all.. would maybe consider more aggressive (insert your driving experience here)..
As the rears i just got were Made in Mx now.. i for sure would consider the above adjustables.. if i did it again.

I have the qa1 non adjustable but they set them up for my car and I'm very happy. If I felt I needed adjustable shocks I'd use QA1.
I have Bilstein struts on my 2019 expitdition and they are great for that application. QA1 OFFERED TO MAKE ME A SET ! But my factory struts were leaking at 500 miles and that car manufacturer that starts with an F had replacements on a 6 month back order.

They can do that??
I just bought them individually from Zip Corvette. Hope they still ride good. Waiting a month for new trailing arms to arrive before i mount the rear.

Front QA1 needs removal of the welded nuts before i can use the QA1 supplied fasteners. Did you do this or did you use the stock GM fasteners with QA1?

I went through vbp and bilsiens were on back order and my car was in the shop. On a quick time schedule, vbp offered me qa1 shocks with expidited delivery. So I said yes. In under an hour I got a call from qa1and said they would be building my shocks and asked what modifications I'd done and how it would be used.
I was astounded by the service from VBP and QA1.
