After all this time, I finally got her back. I did have to drive them for a trip unbalanced, now that they’re ready it is so much smoother and quieter. I really started to notice it once I hit 70

Looking good! Are those the Vitour Galaxy R1 tires? I put a set on over the winter, white letter out. Mine seem to be prone to browning. If they get too bad I guess I'll flip them. We will see how they age. I went with 245/60R15"s all the way around. They seem to be nice riding, but I've only put 2-300 miles on them.

Umm… my lettering was blue..? Mine are staggered at P225/70R15 100S in the front, P255/60R15 102S in the back. And, good lookin orange. I plan to have mine orange in years time.

The blue is a protectant that washes off with soap. I should have went with the 255/60R15 in the back, my speedometer is off just a bit with the 245's.
I wasn't a big orange fan but its growing on me. The car belonged to my father in law. The price was right!
What year is yours? Mine is 1976 with the coveted Vega steering wheel!

mine is a 74! It’s got an 82 rear bumper and a 75-77 front bumper. I’ve got no idea if my Speedo is accurate or not, haven’t cared enough to figure it out. And well, looks like the blue will be staying there 😂😂

How did you manage to put a 75-77 front bumper with bumperettes on a 74 and why? They have a completely different mating surface pattern. your front clip must also be from a 75+

upon googling, it could be a 78-79. I don’t actually know which year it is, and as to why, you’d have to ask one of the last owners. They had all the body done when I got it.

It had to have been wrecked, at least thats the only practical explanation Mine was in a bad accident as well but they actually replaced one of the front fenders glassing it in. I had no idea until I stripped it to paint it.
