Power Steering Pump Mount Bracket

HELP!! I have a ‘76 small block and went to replace the belts only to find the power steering pump mount bracket is missing a few bolts and bent. I want to replace it, however one of the bolts I’m missing, I can’t identify the part 🤦🏼‍♀️. The bolt that is missing is the one the red arrow is pointing to in the picture - what is this?? It’s not part of the mount bracket set and I am going crazy trying to figure this out.

Thanks in advance for any help and for being patient with me - it’s my goal to learn and do this work myself, where I can - so I’m still a novice on engine repair and maintenance

Typical 3/8th 16 sbc motor mount bolt. The length is something like 1.5 inches. But you can pull out the other to compare
