76 steering Column

A 71 and 76 column is the same with the exception of the steering wheel and hub assembly. You can backdate the 76 with the hub and upper cover from a 69-75 or you can bolt in a 69-75 column. 77 is where is all changed and the 77 column is by itself, then you have the 78-82 column with just some minimal changes to them.

Yes, it will bolt right up. Only that awful 76 only Vega wheel won't fit.

The Ididit quote for a custom shortened 68 retrofit column is $1136 - a $200 premium to have them shorten the column. I'll probably go ahead and do it seeing as how @Ron1968 said it was such a pain in the *** to customize himself
