1976 336 differential
LR= 3.36
37/11= 3.36
assembled Jan 15 1976

Looks like a stock diff, complete with cover and axles, out of the car market value is $250-$350. In stock form they had bad clutches, ring gear bolt torque, and axles. It doesn't appear to have been worked on, if so it's unimpressive, posi case needs to be checked for cracks, if cracked value drops to $100. Shipping costs are high now, UPS is going up 7% by the end of the month. I just shipped one from CT- OH, was over $150. Whereas it would have been $75 in pre-covid days. Coast to coast is over $200 now.

You’re doing something wrong. 37 divided by 11 is 3.36. Or three and 4/11ths. 4 divided by 11 is .36

You’re multiplying
37 teeth divided by 11 pinion teeth is 3.36

The housing was cast on December 2, 1975 and as Gary has responded, the unit was assembled on Jan 15, 1976 which translates from the 015 Julian date stamped. The “F” is actually an “E”, signifying an Eaton Posi carrier. The “1” indicates built on the first shift.
