Passengers side I replaced early 90's with a NOS part. Still working fine today but the chrome is starting to show it's age. Late 90's the drivers side broke and I replaced with a GM restoration part. Still working and looking great.

Snoop around on EBay Motors. Click on Car & Truck Parts, then enter C3 door handle in the search box.
I found brand new, outer, drivers-side, NOS still in the bag for a song. Sometimes there are estate sales with someone cleaning out boxes of Corvette parts in a garage.
And sometimes they're from a C3 parts yard that just need a thorough cleaning.
