So when I bought my 69 it was missing the wiper motor and washer pump. I recently purchased one to install and found this part of the wiring harness loose down below where the wiper motor mounts to the fire wall (photo attached). I have looked in the assembly manual and couldn't seem to find anything relating to this . Does anyone know where this mounts or attaches maybe a photo of yours would explain it. Any help would be much appreciated.

The '69 Vette has a headlight washer system that comes off of the wiper motor on the right side of the motor as you are looking at it. (the driver's side)
There is a solenoid attached to keep the washer from dripping since the headlights are lower than the motor. From what I have seen the replacement motors do not come with the headlight washer solenoid assembly.
It is fairly expensive to buy one. What you have is the coil part of the solenoid assembly. See red arrow in picture.
