There is a difference of about 2 centimeters between the right and left tires, and even if the left and right wheels are swapped, the appearance will not change.
This is what happened after replacing the lower and upper bushes with new ones😓
2 centimeters = 0.78", given all that extra metal and horrific welding I would count your blessings and move on to another project. Hard to tell from the last picture what's really going on there.

Looks like the previous owner did repairs if this horrible weld.
Wow..that car must be one head turner in Japan..any pics?
looks like a few other mods as well. Just replacing worn bushing makes a large difference in handling.
how is the alignment?

Yes alignment is almost normal.
Camber adjustment shims are slightly different between left and right.
I guess you haven't had it long enough to wear out a set of tires?
You said your alignment is good, so I assume it is tracking right, straight? Not crabbing? Just to check that, have someone follow you while going straight, and lead you looking at it. Maybe go to a big parking lot and test it, for instance see if it turns equally easy in both left and right turns. If it it more difficult in one direction, something isn't right. Seeing that crossmember welding, wonder if anything else is bent. If you planned to take it apart, I would lay all of the Arms on a flat surface and see how they compare in every dimension, plane. Check the rods to see if straight, etc. Measure the frame from the ground on both sides, look for any frame damage period. Heading to bed, tired, will plan to check back in.
Naked eye or photography, so hard to judge alignment. It looks like the cambers aren't equal thou. If you have a magnetic gauge or other to check rim angle, that would help.
