I just wanted to welcome you to this forum! Soon you will likely get answers from our resident Carburetor experts. I would imagine with some very careful and precise sanding/grinding you might make the surfaces able to flow air like they used to. I have some highly modified race carburetors and the grinding work is intense.

What's wrong with it..? It's missing a screw..? Install the screw. The slight roughness on the venturi surfaces and edges? Completely irrelevant, but smooth it out if you'd like.

The roughness and surface finish indicates that you may have a commercially rebuilt carb, in which case you have problems much more severe than surface texture in the venturi. If it's a commercial carb, drop me an e-mail request for my "Commercially Rebuilt Q-Jet Problems" paper for an outline of the dozens of issues that will be affecting your carb. Your photo seems to show that you have a 1969 carb - many of those are commercially-built hack-jobs.
