Default Steering column for 1980 Corvette

Does anyone know what torque specs this nut should be at? I just don't want the steering wheel to come off while I am driving. The reason I took steering wheel off was to get to a broken signal lever. I succeeded in removing broken lever piece, but when I went back to assemble everything, the hub that is before this nut doesn't really go all the way in. I used the nut to push it in a little further, but it doesn't seem to go all the way in.

YMMV since my experience was different but ive had my wheel off 4 times in the last month on my 74.... Each time I had to use a puller to get it off after removing the bolt I just tightened with a ratchet to what I felt was snug.. There is a lock washer and I would like to think I would notice the wheel coming loose if the nut were somehow to work itself off.. honestly I dont see how the nut could work itself off without the wheel being loose and causing it somehow. and then theres the telescoping mechanism on mine that would prevent the wheel from coming off anyway...

I know, but I like to error on the side of caution. I have spent way too much time and money on this car to not enjoy it properly.

Thanks for the help, I think I have been working on this car too much that I have developed a slight OCD problem. LOL.😂
