Maybe I am confusing things.
I want to make a shift **** for a C3. What size tap do I use to thread the ****. I know the hole has to be somewhat bigger at the opening for clearance for the reverse lockout.

Here they show 1/2"x18, you don't have a die to confirm?

Thanks. I don't have a **** or a shifter to use. I am considering making a **** for a friend with a C3. I'm going to Carlisle tomorrow so I look there for something.
