Try checking, adjusting the door ajar switches in the door frame. Switch at rear of door opening.

First press the switches by hand, (they are the ones at the rear of the door) and make sure they actually work.
If they do, check the little rubber pad on the door that hits the switch, they frequently fall off.
If the switch doesn't work you'll need to carefully remove them from the door jamb and see what's going on inside if a wire or contact broke off.
