‘76 TH350 Steering Interlock Bracket?

‘76 TH350 Steering Interlock Bracket?
Hello all!
I am trying to fix a shifting issue with my ‘76 which I believe is due to a missing bracket.
I see that there is a lower bracket for the TH400 that attaches to the transmission pan and the lower end of the steering interlock cable.
Is there anything like that for the TH350 3-speed? Mine doesn’t have it and I’m going insane trying to find the missing link in my troubleshooting.

I had a 77 with the turbo 350, which was the standard auto box starting in 77, the steering column didn't have that lever , GM went to a key lock tab from 77 and younger models . So the T350 , wasn't used in 1976 and the cable bracket wasn't utilized anymore.
Have you tried just wiring the column lever in the hard upwards position ?
