The half shafts
I had my neighbor come over last night and both of us stood on the frame (~500 lbs between the two of us). While I couldn’t take a picture, I placed my ruler at the outermost edge of the rear frame crossmember and didn’t observe any difference between the left and right side (which is what I expected).
I was WAY LOW on the cornering forces.
That's what I get for throwing a 500# out there and not estimating it.
The outside tires will go up to around 1400lbs of cornering force in a 1.0G turn
So the forces under cornering are practically TRIPLE the 500# I used to calculate.
Yikes! 3000 lbs of pressure on each strut rod bushing!
Similar for front lower a-arm bushings, and diff center pin.
