Default Question about intake manifold fasteners

1974 L-82 4-speed stock. I'm going to be removing my original iron intake manifold and re-gasketing and re-painting. The existing intake manifold bolts are mismatched, some with washers and some without, so I figured I'd put in some new correct style ones from Zip. My questions are, and I can find no info on this elsewhere:
1. Did these bolts use washers from the factory?
2. Did the thermostat housing bolts use washers too?

Also, I want to plug the little threaded holes with some set screws on the manifold just to tidy it up. Shown in the picture is what I'm talking about.
3. Does anybody know this thread size?

I need all 3 questions answered. Thanks for any help!

I purchased new bolts and gaskets for my 350 OEM Intake from one of the large Corvette Suppliers, I believe it was Top Flight. I find that it’s easier to use the printed catalogs to get the correct parts, than looking at online pictures. Be sure to read a ton of how to articles, prior to installation of the intake, the mechanic I used cleaned the inside of my intake before installation on my engine.

I used flat washer on all of them. And no reason to go overboard on the bolts. Change them if you want them to all look the same, but not necessary. And you don't need super strong grade 8 bolts. I use grade 5, because some/most grade 2's are weak china crap.
Also, check your thread depth in the head. I have 1 hole that is shorter than the rest and the standard length bolt will bottom out before the manifold is tight.
Also, use a good thread sealer, as some of the bolt holes may go all the way through into the water jacket.

Ditto on the different thread depth. Won’t hurt to run a thread chaser through the bolt holes while you are at it.
