I feel ya. Given the sound, I expected a lil sideways action and some corresponding corrections. But, apparently you are laying it down, hooking up, and sending it in a straight line. Many would wish for such. POWER like that can be a handful. Wish I had such vids of that ‘69 I had. You’d be proud of me, I think.

There was traffic so I wasnt getting into it until it was straight and heading down the road...safety first!!! I'll get one on a deserted road and let it get a little squirrelly.

NOS is a great lol
OP could pick up 100 horse cheap and easy. Dial back timing 5 degrees for a 100, 350 sbc will take that no problem. Easier than a LS/crate engine swap!

I followed that advice with a 50 shot and roasted my pistons. Took 5 sprays of a 50 shot, but yep. Lean is for rappers. Then bought a Jacob’s Master Mind, but never got to see her in action before the sell off.

Hope you post that vid. I saw those oncoming cars. Hence my comments. Looked like a very well mannered launch and run up. I wish I could be building something that even slightly approaches yours. Sadly, I think those days are behind me. Would have loved to have prowled the streets with you back when the ‘69 was my thing. Spanked many a new ‘Vette, Vipers, blown Stangs, etc.

What is the reason for more HP ? If you intend to drive to local cars shows or just cruise around town or on the highway than what’s the point . 🤷‍♂️You are throwing all this money into the car just to say I have HP . Save ur money!! Now if you intend on tracking it and enjoy the speedway and drag strips that’s a different story .
