He mentions the numbers of said pulleys in his posting..... this will allow him to find pulleys that will align without a big hassle. Each of the pulleys he mentioned in his post are listed in that table.
It doesn't matter what year since GM used pulleys for multiple years. He just needs to the appropriate pulleys that will allow the belts to lineup appropriately. You also need to have the appropriate pulley number for those "3rd" forwardmost pulleys (usually for smog pumps) to mate appropriately.
However if an individual is concerned about supercission for parts you can always go here. It will list GM part numbers that superseded older part numbers. I keep this bookmarked / favorited for use when looking for part numbers: http://www.gmpartswiki.com/query

The average GM dealer no longer has access to parts or service information dealing with cars 1982 and older. Think you should stick with C5 and newer.
So after everything, I sent the balancer back in to it's proper position and shimmed the lower pulley. Everything lines up very nicely. Thank everyone for your help.
