T-10 4 peed fluid change

Getting ready to replace old fluid in my T-10 4 Speed.what weight oil do I need and who makes it with the plactic bag that you can squeeze it in without all the mess.

Curious if you have a T-10 (last used in a vette mid 1963) or a Super T-10, used 1975 up. They both use 90 wt gear oil, GL4.

90wt and you can get a pump that attaches to the bottle

Valvoline in a pouch . Dont know if they sell 90 wt gear oil, GL4.

I have been all over the internet and Granger is the inly one who has 90wt in 5 gallon pails. Also several reports say the 80-90 wt is acceptable in place of the 90 wt gear oil.

Cannot find 90wt been all over the internet...some say 80-90 is acceptable for the super T-10

I'm sorry if this is off topic slightly; however, I have an appointment at the dealer next week for an. oil change on my '14 Z51 M7 with about 69K miles on her. The sump cap indicates 5W-30. Should I ask the dealer to install 0W-40 instead? Will they have a problem doing that? What can I expect to pay for an oil change at the dealer? Thank you.
