If we want to adjust for the 22" toe boards.....What is the correct toe measurement (in inches) with the longer 22" toe boards if you are shooting for your "true" 1/16" toe-in at the 15" rim?
The measurement using toe boards with 22" between tape slots becomes 3/32" for 1/16" toe as measured from the rims.

Of course, C3 specs are based on measurements made at the tread, not the rim. So, your 3/32” is probably closer to 1/8” at the tread. The better method is to use degrees for that reason.

I agree, you can't misinterpret using degrees as a toe specification. You can then easily convert to inches for use with toe plates.
Do you set toe individual of each other or together?

The toe spec given in "inches" would be the total difference between the 2 measurements taken across the car from both tires. Measure in front of the axle and behind the axle to get the spec.
if you are working with "angle" spec, you measure one side at a time.

Right, so an extra 1/32" ....which is .015" per side. Pretty sure my eyes are too old to precisely correct .015" per side on my tape measures. -LOL.

Me too I can't read it either. So mark it out on the floor with tape. Take the 27" Tire diameter and times it by four. Better yet 10 so the math is easier. Now that is 22 1/2 feet. So 1/32 turns into 10/32 but lets call that 5/16" . We should be able to read that. But I'm thinking that drawing out triangles and using degrees and bigger the better is the way to go. And there must be an App on our phones to eliminate the math errors I probably just did.
