I did the relay mod by purchasing relays and making my own wires. Very easy and it does help. Located the relays on the driver side inner fender, adjacent to the alternator, and hid them behind vacuum hoses.

My upgrade. Over 30% reduction on High Beam amperage draw and 1000% better light intensity and pattern. Electrical Plug and Play, but I had to add a new opening in the light dish for the tab on the bulb. Low cost Amazon Belt and Road. Company gave a lifetime warranty if I registered the purchase. I did and they confirmed the warranty via email. Still waiting to see how long they last. Most of my driving is at night, so I use them a lot. I will report back.
Pic looks great. PM sent with a question about these particular LEDs.
and another question. All are working and am putting the dashboard back together. I found this on the floor passenger side. I remember it coming off something but don't know what it is or where it goes. Help

Thats off the turn signal flasher, at least it was on my 82
Halogens and relays here. Did it a few years ago. I really just wanted to get the high current out of the headlight switch. I also upgraded the power wires from the relays to the lamps so I can pretty much choose what I want to run at this point.
Thanks. So that is the wiring on the passenger side that is just kind of passing through the passenger side going forward? Looks like it just mounts on the wiring but is not directly in line.

Not sure if you are answering my post or someone else’s. That capacitor was mounted with flasher into fuse block under drivers side dash.
Sorry if I misunderstood you and what your looking for.
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...sixaddict.html This is exactly what I was looking for. My memory , not so good, tells me it was on this in the passenger bay. Is that possible and would it still d o its job? Kind of tight spaces in the fuse box.

The only reason I saw where it went was due to the fact I replaced all four tail lights with LEDs, and the kit came with a new LED flasher. When I removed OEM flasher I noticed capacitor also. Yes it’s tight spot for sure, not like my C6 which is under the hood. My 66 year old body felt that for a day or two…..😂
FYI - The capacitor on the flashers is to keep that annoying clicking sound out of the radio. If you have a modern radio head unit it probably won't pickup the noise.
