I went with poly at this location just because it's a bitch to get to and poly will last longer than rubber. I did go rubber on my suspension rebuild as I didn't want to hassle with installing poly bushing which are not as forgiving as rubber.

I have had the biscuits for a while and just did the Van Steel delrin bushings. The Van Steel pinion snubber disintegrated when torqued to their spec of 70 ft lb. It has a delrin biscuit. I reinstalled the poly for now.

Ive got poly and its a little thicker than it needs to be. No squeaks or cracks and it has seen plenty of torque to destroy it and it hasnt soooooo.....it also doesnt squeak as far as I can tell

Found bushings on Zip Corvette website. Says they can get it to me in a reasonable time. Have never dealt with this company before. Is this a legitimate company? Reason i ask is cause everyone else's shipment date is 2 to 3 weeks out. Zip can ship it out in 2 days.

Zip Corvette is 100% legit. I order from them all the time, and have been there in person a few times.

Check for sales. You can probably get free shipping with a $100- order, or something like that.

Zip is a great parts supplier for Corvettes. Been to their location in Richmond, Va a few times. Real Corvette people. I use them all the time as I'm just an hour or so drive and shipping is super quick because I'm so close.

But I did install a poly pinion mount bushing and it was great. Now I tend to beat on mine a little harder than most.....but mine eventually punched a hole through the frame mount just like you took a hole-punch and cut a perfectly clean circle of metal out. I made a new mount of much thicker steel and put back together with a poly and it's been fine ever since.
