Directional mirrors
Has anybody tried to install the LED directional indicators in early C3 or C2 Mirror's. I've seen the indicators for sale. The instillation looks, tricky but doable. Has anyone tried this or can you buy them already converted? Something on my "that would be pretty cool" project lineup as we head into the winter months. Thanks gang.

Yes- I did it -
I got a "two way" mirror off I believe a van at the junkyard- had my glass guy cut them for me-

I added the led mirrors behind the glass outside mirrors on my 2001 Camaro. The Camaro has the body color mirrors like the C5 and the Mira glass just pops out. As is the case, after 3 or 4 years some of the LEDs on each of the mirrors have died, no comment on Chinese products.
