Please forgive me if this is already been discussed but I could not find a post talking about it but here it goes.
When working on my brake lines I took off the hood and radiator to replace the lines and I am considering moving to electric headlight motors since they are right there now. My main question is that is there a way to offset when the headlights are lifted? I know its an odd thing to want but currently one raises faster than the other and I honestly kind of find it funny (so much so I nicknamed the vette lazy eyes) and would like to make it do the same when putting in the electric motors. If anyone has any advise on if this is possible or where to look for this particular function that would be great, thanks.
If you are using the Detroit Speed unit, it is pretty doubtful you can alter the function. They have a control box that monitors amperage and can be very touchy to get to work properly. All points of the mechanism need to be very free of friction.
If you are using an inexpensive setup that does not have a control box, you can probably
Hello,
Fairly often when one headlight raises faster than the other it's because of a problem with the vacuum actuator for that headlight.
Check the outer seal on the actuator and the vacuum hoses to that actuator, too.
You can let 'lazy eye' alone if you like it.

On you tube there is a girl " garage fumes Nina " she recently installed headlights on her 80 Corvette. You may find it entertaining maybe even informative.actually .she's done some nice stuff to her car.
