They should fit, I would be willing to test for a set for you ;) :steering:
I would like to see it done on a C3 but for some reason I haven't liked the look of most wheels bigger than 17 inches on a C3.

There was an article in either Vette Mag or Corvette Fever that had a red 80-81 with C5 large flat 5 spoke 17s in front and 18s in back and it looked beautiful.
There were sume subtle body mods like dropped a angle on the windshield and some rear body area mods, but all very subtle and totally well done.
The combination 17s/18s looked real good and were C5 stock sized tires. I think the Z06 rims would have looked a little more agressive though.
