I don't see any reason you couldn't reuse them. You could also use them to check heat range, then later get the correct set for your setup.

Whenever anyone goes to get new plugs, consider the AC comercial grade plugs. They have thicker electrodes and grounding post. Its clearly evident when you compare the two side by side. Just add a C to the front of your normal AC # IE. My R43TS are available in comercial grade as CR43TS. They make them for many popular applications but not all of them.
