Woohoo!! I can start the engine and not have it stall out, bobble around, or fill the garage with nasty smelling, carbon-filled exhaust in seconds. Just had to rebuild and tune the carb, clean the spark plugs, and set the timing :mad . I think the timing was the big culprit but after busting out ye old timing light, it was a snap to get it running right!!
I think it's time for some :auto: . . . who needs door panels, weather stripping, and T-tops :D .
I wish I knew what color it was  I could use some touch up paint. The original color was the dark blue metallic . . . then the car was red, then pink metallic, then red again, now green. Who knows what else Bubba did, but pink? :U
The green is actually pretty cool. It's a metallic, kind of a sea-green, that almost changes to a sea-blue in certain lighting. It looks good, I like it for now. :)
If anyone can identify the color for me, or give me some clues, that would be great. I know there was a dark green metallic in 80, but I think that's too dark. The 91 turquoise metallic is probably the closest I've seen.
