Flowmaster vs Spintech
Ok so when i built my hot rod engine i wanted a good aggressive sounding exhaust but i also wanted good performance. So as i researched various mufflers i got down to 2 mufflers spintechs and flowmasters. Wanting to be a little different and reading that spintechs had a little better flow rates i decided to go with the spintechs. The thing is, now im wondering if i wouldnt have been happier with flowmaster. Spintechs are loud and they sound good but they just dont have that deep throaty rumble. They have more of an aggressive open pipe sound. While i like the spintechs i would like to know what flows would sound like.
Is there anyone out there with experience with both mufflers? If so, which sounded better?
In fact if anyone has some advice for a more deeper thoatier exhaust let me know. I have headers to 2.5" duals w/h pipe and spintechs.
