Fathom green is a cool color unless you have a lot of it. Tried to mix it up bit with new carpet color. What do you think? I'm not sure yet. :skep:

Its supposed to be medium saddle looks awfully orangey to me.
 I like it! . . . although I do have something of a bias toward contrasting two-toned interior color schemes :D http://www.geneandpam.com/interior.html
I'm not sure. I really like the green. But I know what you mean by having too much green. I say: give it the seven day rule. If after seven days, you're still unsure, then maybe you made the wrong choice. On the other hand, if after seven days, you like it. You made the right choice.
I'm thinking about swapping out my smoke grey for navy blue. But I'm not sure.
Looks cool. Did you think about black? I think it would look good with that green.
:withstupid: I'm thinking black with the green
I did. But I didn't like the black floor mats so I don't think I would have liked the wholle carpet black. Wanted to lighten up the interior bit.
Well its been three days and I like it. Bought the carpet at wilcox for $139 (Auto custom carpet) fast shipment and for that price I can change it every year!
I am actually considering when I redo my interior to go with a silver/black combo... I am not quite sure how it will turn out... but I am also thinking a nice repaint of the car to match black with silver racing stripes... its all good..
One of the guys who posts here has his chrome bumper C# in Cortez Silver, it gets me going each time I see it and thats not easaily done these days as my wife will testify :lolg: :D
What is the silver under-carpet lining? Heat sheilding? Did it come with the carpet, or did you find it separately? Looks lot better and efficient than the jute based stuff.
I need something like this for my big block, and was thinking of putting shielding under the carpet rather than fitting the PITA fiberglass stuff under the floorboard.
Since you asked, I personally don't care for it. I don't think it complements the rest of the interior, instead it just screams out "this carpet is a totally different color!". Being that you're trying to sell the car I think you'd be best off if you stick with the original green.
You may be right but I've stopped trying to sell it for now.
It seems anyone with any interest wants a nice, good running, needs little, cheap, steel bumper, 4spd, #'s matching, no rust, air conditioned, "really wish it was red" (must be original red car) convertible for $13-16k (For you value shoppers out there There is no such thing! Doesn't exist! A pot of gold is easier to find! You'd have better luck searching Barns in Iowa!)
I live 90 miles from Northwest, Pro-Team, Mershons and Cars2NV Its amazing how much a tired (translation "project" or "solid 3") vette runs at these places. There nice cars, and they have those too, are mid to upper $20's and tickling $30. I'm trying to sell it not give it away :nono: . Fortunately I'm not in dire straights and am not going to blow it out.
So I'm going to mod it up a bit. I'm starting to get used to the saddle interior and with the proper mats I think it will be OK not great but OK at least it's new and now much quieter and cooler in the cabin.
Sounds like selling isn't as much fun as buying. You'd think with those dealers so close to you, your pricing would look like a bargain. I'm not sure who is paying Proteam/Mershons/Cars2NV prices, but it's probably people from out of town who don't get to see your car. From what I've seen, your car should fall in the $17-18.5k range. Have any of those dealers approached you?
BTW, sorry to forgot we're talking about carpet here.
