Bilsteins are by far the best shock to have. Internally the have these digressive valves in them that self-adjust to road conditions. You won't bounce all around. If you are looking for a great ride than Bilstein's will be what you want. It's kind of like comparing a vette to a mustang. It's whats inside that is much better. I believe they are well worth it. Ask other forum members about them and they will tell you they love them.
I keep hearing that they are the best.......WHAT EXACTLY MAKES THEM THE BEST? I am about to call Advance Auto Parts to see if I can take back these Monroe Sensa-tracs that I have not installed yet.
What kind of spring rates are the Bilsteins designed for? My springs are a lot stiffer than stock.
I also get pretty severe on-off throttle oversteer. I suppose that means the rear shocks should be stiffer (among other things). I have KYB gas-adjusts now (junk IMO). Will Bilsteins help this?

Do the blisteins work well with the stock 69 susspension/springs
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes they will and you will be very happy with them.
Your KYB's and your Monroes are all about the same. Than you move up to your Koni's and than Bilsteins. They will fit everyones application.
OK everyone make sure the years are right. I got pretty much all of them of your sig. So if i'm wrong let me know so i can change it. And if you want to be added let me know. I will be ordering on Tuesday the 27th. Thanks guys.

Re: Bilstein Group Purchase? (Van Steel)
Thanks Dan, I now have a complete VanSteel Performance Suspension Package with the exception of the dual rear spring and I am going to use the 6 link there so I can't have both.
Do we get any stickers to put on the window? Thanks JIM
Van Steel, can you make up a package that includes the Bilsteins & the front stabalizer links (poly) & the rear leaf links (poly). If I'm going to change out the shocks, I might as well replace the links with poly...
