Which transmission?

The reason I chose the TKO was because I don't think the six speeds that a ROD 6 offers are nescesary (two of them are very close together).
The TKO is an internal shifting transmission which I think would be smooth shifting for very long time.
I'm not sure, but I think the T56 is very difficult to install- be sure to search the archives on that subject.
The Keisler TKO is supposed to be a direct bolt on. No part of the car needs to be cut or modified.
The TKO II is more durrable but has a .82 overdrive instead of .68. But since you don't care about over drive the TKO II might be the one for you.
Here's a link http://v8rx7.com/gearing.htm on gear ratios this might help you decide. And another http://www.5speedtransmissions.com/5sp_comparison.html
EDIT: an even better link http://home.isoa.net/~mharrisj/transratio.html
