I'm new to the forum so I thought I would post something that might be useful. I've seen other posts from people looking for an alternator bracket that will work with headers and the old style small block heads that don't have the accessory mount holes on the front. Ive found a bracket that works great. Its made by Dynomax and is listed in Jeg's as GM Early Front Bracket. I just installed it tonight and will include some pictures if someone can explain how to do that. I guess I'm showing my ignorance.
If you want to get pictures into the forum, first you have to host them on a web server somewhere (there's a bunch of free ones out there, can't think of any offhand), next when you're typing your message, hit the image button and you'll get something like {img}{/img}. Put the link to your picture in between the brackets, like {img}http://webhost/pictures.jpg{/img}.
