Default DFW lunch or happy hour

Okay Guys;

Weather is standard for summer - HOT and dry, time to meet each other again.

Budman78 suggested a happy hour alternative to lunch. What are your thoughts.
During the week (Wednesday/thursday) or the standard Friday happy hour?

Or should we stick to the thursday/friday noon lunches?

I'm up for lunch pretty much any day. Not interested in happy hour. Too much stuff going on after work + I don't drink.

Can't make lunches unless I'm in town, but drinks are alway good. Hooters even better.

Yah, it's just 2 miles from my house... and they got killer wings. I would be more up for a happy hour type thing. Happy hour doesn't have to be just about drinking, guys. I'm more than happy to eat some wings, drink a beer, and watch some hooters... I mean sports. The one in Addison is better - my daughter works there. Is this a guy thing, or are we allowed to bring our boss's...er...I mean wives? Let us know... we'll be there!

Hmmm, maybe we should setup both...

Hooters isn't bad, except for the strain on my eyes...

Who can/wants do lunch next wednesday?

If Addison Hooters is the place, what's the parking like - enough for a group
besides everyone else out there?

When should we set a date for the happy hour?

The Addison Hooters is usually really busy during lunchtime. There is plenty of parking behind the place next door, but seating is pretty limited. I'm not sure what it is like during happy hour.

Her name is Ashley - say hello next time you're there... might get a lil 'Xtra attention' :blueangel: Just remember to TIP ACCORDINGLY.

I can't do anything next week - I have my son (he lives with his mother) but I would LOVE to do something... just to get a chance to meet you guys. Just let us know when and we'll try to be there.

Goofygrin - what does your car look like? I was cruisin to work the other morning (about 5:30am) down Preston and came up beside another C3 - primer and Red (I think?) with sidepipes. Wazzat you? :seeya

ha 5:30am? not a chance it was me. Mine is green and currently sitting in my garage awaiting the suspension parts that I have on the way (its a little to squirrely for me to drive right now comfortably). Plus its leaking too much oil from the valve covers and distributor and making the clutch slip (that and the clutch is going out).

I have seen the car you are talking about running up and down Preston though. White 68 lives behind Hooters, but I don't think his car is ready to go yet (he's stripping it for paint right now).
