Check the drivers side door switch as it can be the problem. You have two buzzers one behind the right dash I think is for the seat belts. Their is one taped to the wiring above the tack.(hard to get at) that is for the key. I will have a buzzer at Carlisle space H-44. Their is a switch in the column that is hard to find and change so check the other places first.

If I remember correctly, there are three connections on drivers side courtesy light switch in the door jamb. Remove kick pannel for access. One of those is for the key buzzer. The buzzer itself is taped to the top of the dash harness above the speedo/tach. Remove the dash cap and there it is.

There is a great tech article on zip-corette.com about how key buzzers work, and how to diagnose the problem ... however ... seems the blackout has the site down right now, so I can't get you a URL ... but I have a print out of the article at home.

I will be enjoying the swap meet thursday but friday and saturday I will be tied to H-44. Look forward to talking to you and other 73 owners and showing pictures of my 73's. I may have one the same color as yours. :party:
