***PROJECT UPDATE, 99% Done!!! (Pics)***

You are a true craftsman!
ZD75blue: Thanks, clad you like it!
yellow 72: Thanks
79VetteMike: Thanks Mike!
Twin_Turbo: Thanks TT, IMO the car looks 1000 times better in person, must be the crappy cam I'm using :D I try to take some pics tomorrow when I roll it out for a throughout wash and wax.
Armstrong: Thanks man, the roads up here a absolutely horrible too, it will be interesting to see how the car handles now. I also got a good 1 1/2" groud clearance :D
74-Roadster: Thanks, I wanted to get the stance right and I think I'm almost there, will have to wait to see how the car settles after I've put few miles on it. The hood is another homemade item. I used a hood from a 74 vette as a mold, just rised it 2" first. I think it turned out ok, but not perfect. How your project planning going? I just saw a LT5 for sale on the internet, maybe the orange 75 will have something like that next summer :D
AGVI: Clad you like the rims, I think they suite car pretty well. Thanks for your patience, it took quite long to finally post some pics :D
Lasse: Thanks Lasse, everytime I look at those flares on your car, I wan to do the same to my car :yesnod:
FlyingFinn: You're more than welcome, it will not be anything special tomorrow though, just a little shake down run around the block ;)
patsnitrovette: Thanks! I think the black goes well with all the shiny chrome.
1970 Stingray: Thanks, I can't wait to hear from your first drive with the new BB, it'll be something you'll never forget. :yesnod:
Redshark6974: :bb Thanks for the kind words! I still would like to own a 74-74 convertible, it's IMO THE best looking convertible ever made!
MotorHead:  Thanks, it must be some sort of mind control, I mean I've been itching to drive this thing for soooo looooong and now that I could I won't, go figure  :D Well, I'm sure the time will come eventually :D
DMONSVETTE: Thanks, I will watch out for those hot pipes from now on, my jeans were badly burned yesterday when I got out the car :nono: I will try to take more pics tomorrow.
rainman69: Thanks man, Yes they do make the Sparco's in blue as well.

GrandSportC3: Thanks Olivier, did you get your new rims yet? Any pics?
Flareside: Slowpoke :skep:  I know, I know I should work harder, I could just order food from a pizza place, sleep on the carage floor etc. to make things happen faster :yesnod:  Seriously, Thanks Joe, that tri power set up looks great on top of that Merlin Block! Have given any thought on the EFI conversion I mentioned?
Smokehouse69: :bb Thanks for the nice words, not too sure about the apes though  :lolg:
Chris@VetteFinders: Thanks Chris, looks like the Vettefinders' 79 is moving along much faster than mine :D

Darn forum censor won't let me say butt!
This is the Best looking C3 I have ever seen. The lines are neat and clean. You really pulled it all together very nice.
The interior is awesome. The custom dash and gauges look great!
The first ride is the best ride...it is also the one that makes you the most nervous.
Good luck and congratulations on your accomplishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By the way, that's one awesome parking brake handle. They don't carry those at Wal-Mart by any chance, do they? :D
