Default "Correct" locking gas cap?

I've got three locking gas caps, all unvented. Two are smooth chrome, one is a "wrinkled" chrome with a smooth border. All have Briggs & Stratton keys. I'm at work, so I don't have the part numbers that are on these things, but I was wondering if anyone knew what I should have as the "right" locking cap for my '71. Were there two different kinds sold at the same time? Or were there different kinds in different years? Dfferent manufacturers? Part numbers? Anyone that can shed some light on this is appreciated!

Locking gas caps were a dealer option, not original from the factory. The original part # was 984179. :chevy

I have a vented locking gas cap, smooth chrome finish w/ 2 set of briggs & stratton keys that I got for my '72. Problem is, I need a nonvented cap, ...wanna trade?

Steve - thanks. I knew they were not "original" per se, but was wondering what would have been sold at the time the car was new. The caps I have have the numbers and letters EE54-3-Z-75 on the back (smooth) and the textured one a similar number/letter combo. One has a cork gasket and two have rubber. I'm not seeing a "real" part number on these, so they are very likely aftermarket, not GM.
Tonyk72 - After looking at the 3 caps (after assuming that if the bottoms all looked the same so must the tops  ), I see now that the smooth chrome ones have a hole in the top as well as the bottom, while the one I use - the wrinkled one - does not. I must assume then that the ones with holes in the top are exactly like yours and are vented. Otherwise, I'd sure trade with you.
