door hinge question please
I am getting body and paint done my 76 in january,i have it all torn apart
and i was wondering if anyone knows what color the door hinges were in a 76.
I think they were all satin black but mine are now white like the car,but the car is not factory paint.Any help and PICTURES would be great.

this would be the time to replace your hinge pins and bushings, before the car is repainted. i did mine last summer on my 79, got the pins and bushings right over the counter from my local chevy dealer, had to cut the pins down to size but thats no biggy. BTW, my hinges are the same as the body color.

Think they were body color, at least they were on my 68
