HEI Distributor pieces
When I had the distributor cover off installing a new oil pressure switch, I noticed that the plastic piece that holds the four wires going into the back of the distributor only had the bottom half in place. The top half is long gone. Where do I find THIS piece. Or am I going to have to fabricate something?

those plastic pieces are pretty brittle with age. I would first try the local Chevy dealership. They put HEI's in darn near everything from '75 - '80. Then in '81 and up they went to computer controlled HEI systems, so parts did change some.
Check them out, they should be good for some help.
