Nose emblem???

Nose emblem???

I have replaced the front clip on my car,unfortunately there are no fixing holes for the front nose emblem.Does anyone have the measurements of the holes for me.

Use the emblem to make a template out of paper or thin cardboard. Tape it down over the correct location, mark the holes and drill.

Look at your AIM to find where it goes and hole size.

Have you considered just leaving it off? I'm in the same boat you are,but just plan to keep the front end clean. It can be added at any time if you want. Just a comment.

The AIM manual does not give the measurements for drilling the holes on the nose,assume original front clips were pre-drilled.

Fleetwood, I just went out and measured mine. I have the emblem out and measured from the hood opening down to the emblem holes. The holes are 11 inches down from the opening. Convert that to metric and you are set.
