Believe that is what the Fast Burn GM heads are:

Vendor: GM Performance Parts
Product Line: GM Performance Parts Fast Burn Cylinder Heads
Material: Cast Aluminum
Finish: Cast

Fast burn for high performance.

Chevrolet: 1958-2000 283-400, 62cc combustion chambers, 200cc intake runners, 2.00 in./1.55 in. diameter intake/exhaust valves, 1.32 in. diameter single valve springs, angled spark plugs, assembled, Fast Burn cylinder head

This fully assembled, CNC-machined aluminum Fast Burn cylinder head is designed for 1958-2000 283-400 c.i.d. Chevy V8s. It quickly and completely burns the air/fuel mixture, ensuring higher cylinder pressure and more power. No additional porting is required--GM Performance Parts' Cast-Ported technology gives this head maximum performance right out of the box. It's drilled and tapped for both Vortec and raised port manifolds, accepts flange mount or centerbolt-style valve covers, and will support in excess of 500 HP. The head features 62cc combustion chambers, lightweight 2.00 in. intake valves and 1.55 in. exhaust valves, LT4-style intake ports, a .400 in. deck, CNC-machined rocker rails, "D" shaped 78cc exhaust ports and runners, 210cc raised runner intake ports, lightweight valve spring retainers, screw-in 3/8 in. rocker studs, and angled spark plug holes.
