Also look at your battery gauge. if you see it go to the left when you move the switch that means that the window is jammed. The window goes down too fast, the gear flexes and gets cockeyed. Usually, if you take off the door panel and loosen the regulator bolts it will pop back in place. If it doesn't then you got to get creative. I taped a long handle on a 1/4" drive and managed to get to window glass removed.
