Lamborgini style doors
lambo doors
molded in front and rear bumpers
shaved door handels and locks
shaved marker lights
new designed interior
fiberglassed subwoofer box in the back with an amp/t-top rack
new rear end
air ride suspension
and possibly a playstation...
my whole reason to do this is since i'm a young guy (28) i'm really into custom rods and lowriders.....so, i think i might be the first to trick a vette and still keep the lines of the vette......not over done but simple/clean mods

i'm having my dad investigate my engine possiblities with me...... he had a 74 that he sold a few years ago and regrets it to this day... maybe if i run into some cash i'll buy him another c-3...... i just want to do some minor mods to the engine, bore it out, new cam, some chrome, hoses, etc...... any suggestions would help..... i'm not trying to drag it or race it..... it's for cruising and hittin' the highway...

2.) Sometimes when I park in the shoot parking spaces that are just big enough to get your car in, with the doors closed, I wish I had scissor style doors. Just a thought.
3.) haters suck.

True, if a car is yours, do what you want with it, but realize if your going to modify things that most consider sacred and already perfect, like the car's traditional fundamental aesthetics, then be ready for the reality that those that don't like nor appreciate those types of changes it will express it. Do outrageous unconventional stuff and flack is a given. Deal. You have every right to change your car, but I have the right not to like it and say so. If I express my opinion and it makes me a "hater" because expressing a negative opinion is "wrong", then it's only fair to say if you radically modify your Vette then it makes you a "butcher" because making such dramatic changes are "wrong". If I'm a hater then people who seriously modify their Vette's looks are butchers. I mean, if we are going to name call let's be fair and sling mud in both directions. :boxing Don't call people with differing opinions haters and I won't call people with different tastes who significantly modify their Vette's appearance butchers, how's that?
Personally, I don't care what you might do with your own car. Paint it with green and purple polka dots and glue fur to it for all I care, but if you do I'm gonna laugh and probably even point while I do. And don't be surprised when you've outgrown it that you're going to have a lot of trouble unloading something that very few or only you can appreciate. I don't care what you do to your Vette's value, but you should, and eventually you will. It's your car and your money. Flush it down the toilet all you want. That's all funny to me. Also, funny how it's all "cool" 'till it shows up on eBay, then the members of this forum will tear into it like a pack of hungry wolves.
Oh, and Bill Mitchell is long dead, so you can't tell him anything. :blueangel:
