I didn't think maroon was a desirable color,but according to this poll it is more popular then red.

I perfer red, it really accents the curves on the C3s, when i mgoing ot paint my vette, as soon as i get my front end, im thinking of going with a dark rich red, with a pearl, maybe even some candy, but nothing too flashy. Just my .02 :cool:

Mine is aquapurpeline.....unfortunately it doesn't show in pictures.
All you see is blue.

I'm partial to red, but only with black, white or red interiors.
Stick with a blue or some sort of blue/silver combination for a silver interior.
What about Black ?

I like the original burgundy, but if you're looking to change colours for something different I would pick something that you don't see every day. Everybody and their dog has a red or black corvette so why not go with something different like a British Racing Green (Gdaina has a great example)and your interior still would look good with a colour like that.

In 1994 only 116 Corvettes were finished in code 66 Copper Metallic. That is the only year that colour was used. It is an absolutely stunning colour that would look very nice on a C3.

That color is nice but won't go with the silver interior!There are a lot of nice new colors out there.I have been looking for pics of the 78-81 with silver interiors with outer colors other then silver and not having much luck!!!
