Wow, did that WHOLE clock fit in the dash????? :withstupid: :lol: Just jokes, but I understand now. I think I'll end up putting a nice little AM/FM/cd player in there...

Yep, the T tops are metal. I know the guy that had the car when they were made (the guy I bought it off, bought it off him :confused: ) and have spoken to him about it. He was driving to work one day when one of the original (by now all smokey and crazed) T tops flew off and self destructed when it impacted with the road!!! He managed to find a half decent panel shop who made him the metal ones. They look damn good too, look like they're meant to be there. I bought a pair of headliners because I'm going to leave the metal jobs there. I have to WORK in the sun out here, I don't particularly want to have to DRIVE in it all the time too! Just hope that I can get these headliners to fit...

But yes, you can tell that they aren't fibre glass

I've e-mailed Red Line about the speedo and I have ordered new bezels from Joshua Tree. As I have a red interior, I went with the red on black carbon fiber. The sample on the screen looked damn good, I just hope it looks as good in the car! I haven't bought a new lens as I thought I could polish the old one - if it needs it...

Hehehehe, sorry about that. It'll be a while before I can post any pics of my car as I'm currently in a different part of the country than it. I've also only just ordered the parts and I assume it'll take a while to get from the US...

Damn, got word back that black on red carbon fibre isn't available for an 82 so I've gone for the black on grey. I'll let you know what it's like once it arrives...
