The c3 are the best looking car for the money mabe not the greatess car but it's a car that catch the eye. I think they stop making the vette in 82 and they started it again in 97.sorry C4 guys . 
Can't agree with you for many reasons. The design was more reserved than the C3, but the C4 was FAR more technologically advanced and refined. The C4 was 100% Corvette, and the ZR1 was 150% Corvette. I don't like C4 trash talk from C3 guys and much as I don't like "Disco Vette" comments from C5 guys. All generations had their strengths and short comings, but all were worthy of the name.

definitly partial to all the c3's,leaning more to the 68-73's but i love them all,also growing up the gt40 was the car to drool over,a few others that might get me in truoble are the jaguar e-type roadster with a v-12,'65 gto,and 70-71 cuda/challenger those cars have sweet lines too

DMC's may be weak, but once you get 'em up to 88, it's all over. . .
C3's, Vipers, 69 Mustangs, Cobra's are my favorite Americans.
Actually, just about any muscle car.

Not only do I think it is a great design, but everytime I dive it I hear comments like "my dad had one" or " We used to have one of those" or " Nice Vette, Thats the cool one"...
I love my 1968 convertable and love to see heads turn (even though it is due for a paint job) and people start talking like they have had or owned one once and wish they still did! On the 4th I was drive with my 4 year old daughter and we were near the University campus. I had three people stop me and metion they loved the Vette. If I wanted to sell it and how much.
