Default C3 brakes....HELP

I replaced a hose on my 68 saturday to fix a sticking brake on the Right rear... Tha old hose was stopped up so I felt like I fixed the problem... I went ahead and replaced the worn out pads on the rear while I was at it... Now the pedal goes to the floor and will not pump up at all although it does stop the car... We tried bleeding the heck out of it(about a quart of fluid)both with the pedal and with the vacuum bleeder... What am I missing here???

Did you bleed all the bleeder screws?

The back (on my late model C3) has three bleeder screws.
If I remember correctly, the front has two. Check them all.

May also need to check the other side...

Make sure you bleed in the proper sequence. It is not liek mots cars. You must consult the GM shop manual. I bled and bled and bled in the standard farthest to shortest method, which is wrong for most C3 Vettes. I can't remeber the sequence here at work, but is differnt than the normal method. As soon as I did it the reccomended way, the brakes were hard as could be.

Default Sequence

If iM not mistaking the sequence is :

passengers side rear outside, inside; drivers side rear inside, outside; passengers side front and then drivers side front.

Good Luck
