Only problem with Ecklers was when I oredered my $1000.00 nitrous system (of course wife didn't know about it) and it came to the house with the price on the invoice showing through the clear plastic wrapper. That was a fun evening.....

I have ordered thousands of dollars thru Ecklers with nary a problem however I can tell you Corvette Central beats them hands down on price and fast (3-day) delivery.

WOW, I am truly suprised that Ecklers would behave like that. I have ordered from then quite a few time and really like it. I order online and get an e-mail. Then another e-mail is sent when shipped with tracking number and then I stay on UPS till it arrvies at my house watching it move from FLA to MD. Anyway I just wanted to say they aren't that bad, however I am very very sorry that this happened to you. I can understand you not wanting to spend another dollar with them. I would ask for a manager and also contact your CC company to dispute the charges on it. My problem was with CC (corvette central) and I will never order from them due to their aweful Customer Service, but hey we all hit sh!tty service at some point due to someone that just can't do their job so in the end we are the one who suffers.

Better luck to you whoever you choose to give your business to!

I haven't ordered from Corvette Central in ages. They were having problems a couple of years back. I wonder if they've gotten that resolved.

I've ordered from Ecklers, and actually have had pretty good luck with their Customer Service, but a lot of what I've ordered from them just wasn't quality stuff. I had to send a hood back because it just didn't fit, and they paid the shipping on that, so I'm surprised they didn't pay Rob's shipping. My weather stripping fell apart after about 2 months. I had bumper guards start rusting under the chrome after about a year (in the garage). That's not Ecklers fault, but I wonder if they order from the lowest bidder on suppliers sometimes.

I've ordered a lot of stuff from Ecklers over the years and never had a problem. As a matter of fact, if I'm ordering from them I'll do my homework to find out who has the parts cheaper, then when I call up, tell them and they'll beat the competition. Lately I've been ordering from Corvette Central because their catalog has better descriptions and diagrams, plus I don't have to sift through stuff for non-C3s.

Ecklers has a c3 specific catolgue. I dont like it much because it is so thin and i like looking at the other generation corvette stuff which is not in the mag.

Default Ecklers?

I have spent serious $$$ with Ecklers over the last 2 years. Sometimes they have been great, but other times ??

I am still fuming about a brake console I bought from them that was pure junk (unusable). I never got satisfaction on that one. I still buy from them, but I look elsewhere first.

Default Eckler's return problem

Ordered new Web seat covers for my C3 beginning of July. Got incorrect covers. Insisted they pickup (they did) but as of today I haven't had the replacements. Have ordered many items in the past. this is my first problem. But it is a problem
