Then I discovered POR-15 and the Floor pan & trunk resto kit, with its amazing epoxy putty.
add on the Power Mesh reinforcing Fabric and top off with Por-15 black and...
You used epoxy to repair that rot?!!!!!!! Your car is a perfect candidate for an entire floor pan replacement. OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yikes. That's what both mine looked like, I never even gave fixing it a thought. Cut em put and replaced both with pans from ebay.

Im not that crazy

I put a galvanized floorpan under the repair and added refelx inbetween than coated with rust bullet & undercoated to seal. not only is it strong but cool on the feet and quiet too

The point I was making was that for this gentlemans surface rusted floorpan that Por-15 has some excellent products!
