The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

i never pass up good suggestions. anyways im in the D.C. area just off 95. thanks for all the complaments. oh yea one more thing the block is the matching numbers block but everything else is new basically. my mom had the engine rebuilt and drove it for 1000 miles and then parked it and its sat in the same spot for the past 5 years and i finally talked her into letting me have it. you could still see honing marks in the cylenders adn there was not a spot of rust inside the engine from sitting all that time.
Nice engine!

I am torn about what I am so impressed with about you. Quality of workmanship, great wealth or vast amounts of time and energy!
tell me about your fuel injection system...
great job
John
and i also installed a new XE284H cam from comp cams in it and new edelbrock performer rpm heads and also got some crane cam roller rockers and cromoly pushrods for it but havent installed them yet sense i have to wait till i get paid on friday so i can go get a new oil filter and some oil then i can i install them and start the adjusting part of the engine project. oh yah i removed a crapy rusted chrome oil pan and replaced it with a polished aluminum finned pan
so now i have to find out if they make shims for the water pump or im gonna have to have one made. it also came with a new polished aluminum altinator, polished aluminum A/C compressor, power steering pump, and belt tensioner
i'll get pictures of it all installed as soon as i fix the clearance prob with the water pump and timing cover. so till next weekend work is at a stand still
thanks for the complaments guys.
Nice engine!
