Here's the info on my 73
VIN - 1Z37Z3S404472
Delivery date - 10/20/72
Trim code - 404
Paint code - 914
1st and possibly 2nd owner(s) lived in Excelsior, Minn. This is a suburb of Minneapolis, but not sure of the exact delivery dealership. I have several repair receipts from Jay Kline Chevrolet, Minneapolis, but these show mileage in the 50K range.
Car specs: coupe, 454, auto, AC, power steering, power brakes, power windows, AM / FM radio, tilt-telescopic steering wheel, custom interior trim, 81,000 original miles. I've had the car since 86 or 87. Repainted 2002.
I've never searched for the build sheet. I assume it was located on top of the gas tank and there is no easy way to get it. Correct?
