68 owner in MO here. BTW, is it just me, or do 68 owners seem to put "68" in their board names a lot. Wonder if that makes us proud of owning a 68 or just crazy.

You can always tell the 68 owners at a swap meet. Look for the guys with glazed eyes looking for that last unique 68 part they need for their car.

Nah, I don't think it's the pride factor, must be the latter !!

...still hussling like crazy here in Brighton to get the paint sprayed before the snow falls. The plan is to have it on the road when the weather turns nice next spring. I WILL be at Woodward next summer even if I'm towing the car and the remaining pieces on a trailor.

You're right. There seems to be a very small selection of '68's at the shows*. Especially when you see what seems to be a disproportionate number of '69's. Another thing I've noticed when you DO see a '68 still on the road or at a show, it is either completely trashed or restored to the 9's (maybe 10's in this case). At any rate, I plan on mine being in that latter category. I don't know that I've seen just an average "driver" '68 in years.

*Paul B. hasn't checked in yet. I think he owns them all, which has created a shortage of '68's elsewhere .

68 427-390hp Coupe, I'm in the process of restoring. It could be two years before I'm ready for show. Savannah, GA
